Job Description :
Conversion of leads/enquiries to walk-ins. Comfortable with cold calling, fixing appointments, attending meetings and giving presentations.
Advising student and working professionals about the services that we are providing counseling in the areas of Admissions, Academics, Student Services, Program Selection and Career Planning related counseling.
In addition, assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for the leads addressed
Attending various seminars and generating leads from those events
Hunger to grow in the industry
Eager to show leadership skills
Address to the online, tele calls & walk-in queries
Handle the operational activities of the centre such as batch scheduling, co-ordination of various internal and external faculties
Capable of managing the office if and when required
You must have:
Good communication skills
Comfortable with IOS, windows operating system
Must know the basics of excel, word and power point and good at social media networking like fb, twitter, linkedin etc.
Smart, think outside the box, on the spot decision-making ability
Have a professional approach , Soft spoken, caring and understanding in nature (As you would be interacting with some senior professionals in the industry),
Able to achieve targets.
Experience in the education Industry - added advantage.
You will be expected to visit schools, colleges and training institutes for Business tie-ups. So two wheeler is mandatory.
Salary: 12 to 20K per month , Based on exp
