As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be managing a team of 7-10 marketing executives and 8-10 clients at any time.
Identify new trends in digital marketing and evaluate new technologies
Design and support your team in development and executing digital marketing campaigns to ensure organic and inorganic growth online across all digital media platforms
Build a brand presence for clients across social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Blog and Twitter
Manage the backend ads management system of all social media platforms.
Ensure quality and efficient service to all clients.
STRATEGY, PLANNING & EXECUTION:
Create custom Digital and Social Media Marketing strategies for all floret media clients.
Strategy Formulation, Initiating Marketing activities, response tracking & lead generation.
Understanding the customers' business, requirements & prepare proposal accordingly.
Create marketing and sales strategy for in-house software products.
Planning and execution of digital marketing activities for all the clients of Floret Media
Planning the marketing activities for the year and the budget requirement to carry out the
Agency and vendor management for digital marketing services to optimize the cost
Sound working knowledge in online media planning and execution
Keep pace with SEO, SEM, social media and internet marketing industry trends and
Excellent communication and problem solving skills to address any issues from the client as well & as the team
Manage client relationship at a senior level
Direct customer interaction during planning, design, development, and execution of campaigns
Staffing to ensure deliveries are met
Cross-branch interaction for projects, BD and deliveries
Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
Train the team consistently and make sure the delivery is at most standards across the team
Experience managing direct reports
Experience in digital agency
Strong Excel skills (including use of pivot tables) and presentations
Solid understanding of testing, segmenting and reporting processes
Strong Google fundamentals (Adwords, Analytics, Search Advanced, Display Advanced, DoubleClick)
