Driving the HR functions in the company. Define and implement best practices for people operations at our office
To look at various functions like performance management, appraisals, employee engagement, on boarding, HR processes, legal etc.
Strategize about people thought process - create an annual roadmap that helps the organization achieve its business goals. Work closely with business owners, understand their challenges and empower them to drive their functions with maximum efficiency Create a learning & development framework for the company Work to create best practices in the recruiting function.
Create recruiting strategies that can help us achieve long-term hiring targets.
Create processes that enable to meet business hiring objectives in a timely manner, while keeping quality in mind.
Mentor, motivate and drive the team, Be the guardian of our culture - understand the culture and implement methods to reinforce and propagate the culture within the company
Contribute to strategic discussions of the business To be successful in this role, you should Be seasoned HR professional with experience in both HR generalist and recruitment.
Have prior experience in managing/leading teams. Have worked in a fast-paced start up environment
Have empathy towards people, Have oodles of passion, drive, and energy to match that of the team!
Be Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements/processes.
Possess the ability to influence people and be focused towards employee satisfaction.
Must Have 8+ years of work experience in HR domain Prior hands-on experience in recruitment At least 5 years of work experience in the IT Industry of which minimum of 2 years with Product Organization. Experience in Real Estate/ Asset Management is a Plus.
Exposure to creation and implement of various HR functions in past jobs, A peoples person and must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of business & should Be able to lead teams.
