We are looking for Aggressive US IT Based Recruiter.
The person must have in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process.
Must have the knowledge to work on Green Card & Citizen (Location Based) Position.
Must have knowledge of W2 Hire & Benefit Negotiation
At least 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US IT staffing is a must.
Should have good experience working with Direct clients.
Looking for a recruiter who worked mostly on W2 (Green card and Citizens) with Full-time bachelor's degree.
Willing to work in Night Shift.
Ready to relocate.
Requirements and Responsibilities :
1. Exposure to US IT Recruitment, US Staffing, Screening, Interviewing.
2. Excellent communication skills with a complete understanding of the US Staffing process.
3. Must have experience in Relationship Management and ability to place candidates.
4. Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.
5. Proficient in job boards, postings, sourcing, searching skills. A Clear understanding of US benefits, compensation, employment types and terms and conditions.
6. Good understanding of tax terms like W2, Corp to Corp and 1099
7. Gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
8. Must be willing to work in night shift
9. Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
