Key Responsibility Sales, adhering to global Guidelines and complying to local
regulations. Expand on Key accounts knowledge and enhance presence in
market by active participation.
Visit customers with the technical manager on a project basis, proactive presentations, with
professional inputs and technical suggestions.
Manage and maintain customer data. Develop Rapport with customers and make a black book. Addressing customer complaints on priority. Should have a creative edge
against competition in the marketplace.
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or
meetings or via telephone etc.
Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
Record sales and orderinformationand report the same to the sales department.

Academic Qualification:

Essential Bachelor Degree in Food science discipline. Exemplary Sensory skills Or Any Graduate

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Flavor Application and business.
Strong Communication skills with strong business-related knowledge.
The ability and desire for a sales job with a confident and determined approach.
Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.

Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken English, additional 2nd local
language ability will be a plus.

Computer skills and familiarity with major software program.
Must have knowledge to interact with Global managers.
Proven artistic ability, presentation skills or project management skills.
Should be a go getter and ready to travel.
